The SME Team organized a SME General Helpdesk in collaboration with SMEDA at Quetta Chamber of Commerce & Industry on 25th August, 2021. The purpose of this helpdesk was to create awareness among the local SMEs regarding the benefits of engaging with financial institutions.

The helpdesk also provided the local SMEs an opportunity to understand the various banking services and financing options available and being offered by Bank Alfalah. Overall, the session received great feedback and was well acknowledged by the audience in attendance.
