Members of the Business syndicate from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU) invited Bank Alfalah to conduct a workshop for their associates. The workshop was part of the university’s initiative to celebrate and encourage pupils under the ‘Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow’ program. Bank Alfalah was represented by the Non-Financial Advisory Services (NFAS) team from the SME banking division.
Keeping in-line with the bank’s vision ‘to inspire and empower people to do things differently and shape their own path in life and business’, this was a valuable opportunity to interact with aspiring entrepreneurs. Our team stressed upon the importance of increasing entrepreneurial activity for the prosperity and development of Pakistan. The workshop focused on equipping entrepreneurs with appropriate tools to build their business plans, find financing and set up operations.
Our team introduced Bank Alfalah’s SME Toolkit (http://www.pakistansmetoolkit.com) as the go-to online portal for business management solutions. Mr. Sikander Karim, Head NFAS, conducted a short demonstration of the SME Toolkit by navigating the website and showcasing the different financial tools, forms and resources available for use.
It was a highly interactive workshop with members of the audience asking numerous questions on various features of the SME Toolkit. The organizers appreciated Bank Alfalah’s valuable contribution at their program.
