SME Division held a lecture session at Lahore School of Economics (LSE), Lahore; in which Sikander Karim Head NFAS briefed the class of Executive MBA about the importance of SME sector in Pakistan and the support that Bank Alfalah provides to the small and medium enterprises in the form of Non Financial Advisory Services. Affaf Muzaffar Ali conducted an interactive session in which she navigated through the Alfalah SME Toolkit website while explaining the type of business management solutions that are available to the SMEs and how emerging entrepreneurs can benefit from it.
A few students from the class of Executive MBA already have established businesses while a few others are in their planning phase. The Alfalah SME Toolkit was well received by the class as they enthusiastically expressed that the website could help them manage and grow their business in a structured manner. They also agreed that such tools being provided by Bank Alfalah will truly encourage young entrepreneurs to take initiatives and execute fresh ideas for new business ventures.
